Nick Lombardi is a recent graduate of the University of Kansas holding leadership positions in both local and national roles for Kappa Sigma Fraternity. J. Maxx and other retailer’s, Stan has sold every major retail land sold in the last 5 – years in Owasso. With the exception of two Lowe’s, one Home Depot and two Wal – Mart Super Centers, Stan has sold every major power center, big box retail land transaction in Metro Tulsa over the past seven years. Stan estimates he has sold over $ 700 million during his career and single – handedly over the past seven years has sold more raw land than all the broker’s combined in the Metro Tulsa market.
